ABSTRACT: To increase the amount of meat produced, researchers have promoted intensive genetic selection for growth rate and muscling improved nutrition management conditions. However, there has been an in number reports breast muscle myopathies observed poultry processing plants, including white striping (WS) wooden (WB). This study aimed to evaluate compare occurrence WS WB three plants perform anatomopathological characterization, macroscopic microscopic analyses.
